Government Regulation Flexiblilty
I really need your help interpreting this... here .... I'm still not sure what kind of exceptions the government is going to make for small business that will be detrimentally impacted after this CPSIA law goes into effect FEB 10... I really want to hear your take on this please.

I am no good at interpreting legal jargon. You really should consider asking a lawyer about this one.
By the way, I can't believe they are passing this law. It's clearly aimed at destroying small businesses.
